Shipping policy

Every SnS Dips order is packed by hand and ships from West Olive, Michigan.

Processing and delivery

Orders usually ship within 2 to 4 business days (Monday to Friday). We generally ship with USPS or UPS, depending on the order, and the shipping cost is calculated at checkout. Once your package is with the carrier, delivery times are out of our hands and can take longer during the holidays. A package is not considered lost until 30 days after it ships.

Need it by a certain date?

Add a note to your order, or email us at snsdipmixes@gmail.com after you order. We cannot promise a delivery date, but we will do our best and let you know where your order stands.

Holiday orders

For Christmas delivery, please order by Friday, December 11.

Local pickup

Near Holland or West Olive, Michigan? Choose local pickup at checkout.

Damaged or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or wrong, email us right away at snsdipmixes@gmail.com so we can look into it and make it right. Because these are food items, we do not accept returns.
