Our creamed honey, also called whipped honey or spun honey, is raw honey that is smooth and spreadable, not runny. We make it in small batches in our licensed kitchen in West Olive, Michigan, in 16 flavors: Almond, Amaretto, Apple Cinnamon, Blueberry, Chai Tea, Cinnamon Spice, Citrus Ginger, Coconut, Lavender, Lemon, Orange, Peach, Peanut Butter, Pecan, Red Hot Cinnamon and Vanilla.
Ways to enjoy it: Spread it on toast, bagels, biscuits or warm dinner rolls. Stir it into coffee, tea or oatmeal. Spread it over warm pancakes or waffles. For an easy honey butter, mix it with softened butter and serve it with rolls or cornbread at Thanksgiving.
Storing it: Keep it in a cool, dry place for a softer texture, or refrigerate it for a firmer one. Each jar has a best by date.
