A pretty blue, light berry-flavored dip that's never overpowering — perfect as a fruit dip, on a fruit pizza, or as a sweet bagel topping. Great for baby showers, dessert tables, summer parties, and 4th of July spreads.
How to make it:
Blend 1 block (8 oz) softened cream cheese and 8 oz whipped topping until smooth. Add the mix and blend well. Chill before serving.
Serve with fresh fruit, animal crackers, graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or pretzels. Can also be used as a bagel cream cheese topping.
Make it a Fruit Pizza:
Spread on mini graham cracker crusts or sugar cookies. Top with fresh berries — strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries — and refrigerate 1 hour to set.
