How to make it:
Mix the spices with 16 oz cream cheese and 4 oz (one stick) unsalted butter until smooth. Chill for 2 hours.
Serve with crackers, fresh bread, or as part of an appetizer plate.
Try it as:
A finishing touch: Melt over hot steak, grilled chicken, or warm biscuits.
A pasta sauce: Stir into hot pasta with grilled chicken for an easy, restaurant-style dinner.
An appetizer spread: Spoon onto crostini, bagels, or warm bread.
