Two easy ways to make it:
For a cold dip: Mix with 2 cups sour cream. Chill 2 hours before serving.
For a warm dip or spread: Mix with 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese and 1/4 cup milk. Heat it up and enjoy.
Serve with tortilla chips, pita chips, or pretzels. Also makes great pinwheel appetizers — spread on a tortilla, roll, slice, and serve.
Easy Stuffed Peppers or Mushrooms:
Mix 1 packet with 1 block (8 oz) softened cream cheese and 1/4 cup sour cream until smooth. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Spoon into mini sweet peppers (halved, seeded) or whole mushrooms (stems removed). Bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes, until softened. They will be hot! Serve warm.
