Two easy ways to make it:
For a dip: Mix with 2 cups sour cream (or plain yogurt). Stir well, cover, and refrigerate at least 2-4 hours before serving. Serve with fresh vegetables, chips, or pretzels.
For a cracker spread: Mix with 1/2 cup sour cream and 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese. Blend well, cover, and refrigerate 1-2 hours before serving.
Cook with it: Mix with oil and use as a marinade or seasoning for fish — also amazing sprinkled on top of fish while it cooks.
