Who doesn't love garlic with a kick? A nice garlic start that finishes with a chipotle kick — bold, smoky, and surprisingly versatile. One packet doubles as a dip AND a full crockpot dinner. Perfect for taco nights, weeknight crockpot meals, sandwich and wrap spreads, game day spreads, and Cinco de Mayo.
Two easy ways to make it:
For a dip: Mix with 1 1/2 cups sour cream and 1/2 cup mayonnaise. Stir well and chill 2 hours before serving. Serve with pretzels, tortilla, or pita chips.
For sandwiches and wraps: Use the prepared dip as a creamy, bold spread on sandwiches, wraps, or burgers.
Garlic Chipotle Pasta:
Mix the bag contents thoroughly with 1 block (8-12 oz) cream cheese. Place 1-2 lbs of chicken or beef in the bottom of a crock pot, then drop the cream cheese mixture by spoonful on top of the meat. Do not add water. Let cook on low 4-8 hours (or until cooked), shred the meat, and mix well with sauce. Serve over your favorite cooked pasta.
