Two easy ways to make it:
For a dip: Mix with 2 cups sour cream. Stir well and chill 2 hours before serving.
For a cheeseball: Mix the bag with 1/2 cup sour cream and stir. Add 1 block (8-12 oz) cream cheese and mix well. Chill 2 hours, shape into a ball, then roll in shredded cheese (cheddar or Colby jack work great). Chill another 2-4 hours.
Serve with vegetables, crackers, pretzels, bagel chips, or pita chips.
