Ships across the USA traditional spice mix that makes easy, fresh-tasting guacamole with just a few ingredients and a few minutes of work. One pack makes three batches — perfect for stocking your pantry. Great for taco Tuesday, Cinco de Mayo, summer cookouts, weeknight quesadillas, and movie night snacks.
How to make it:
Shake the bag until spices are mixed (bag contents make 3 batches of guacamole). Use 1 tablespoon of mix per batch. If you like it spicy, add a little more.
Peel and dice 3 avocados, 1 small tomato, and 1 small onion. In a bowl, add 1 tablespoon of seasoning with the diced items and mash together. Add the juice from 1/2 of a lime. Stir well and chill for 1 hour.
Tip: Save the avocado pits and place them in the mix until serving — they help keep your guacamole from turning brown.
Serve with tortilla chips, or use to top your favorite Mexican-inspired dishes.
