Good old-fashioned ice box dill pickles — quick, simple, and easy to make. In just 24-48 hours you'll have fresh, crisp homemade dill pickles right out of your refrigerator. Perfect for cookouts, hot dog and brat toppers, summer garden harvests, burger nights, and homemade gifts.
How to make it:
In a quart jar, mix 1 cup of water and 1 cup of white vinegar, then stir in the bag contents. Add sliced pickle cucumbers (or regular cucumbers) and fill the jar to the top. Put the lid on tight and shake to mix.
Leave in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours before opening. Pickles must stay refrigerated.
Great on: Hot dogs, brats, hamburgers, sandwiches, or straight out of the jar.
