Watch out folks — this one has some spice to it! All the flavor of a classic jalapeño popper in dip form: creamy, cheesy, and just the right amount of kick. Perfect for game day, Super Bowl parties, taco Tuesdays, backyard BBQs, and hot appetizer trays.
Three easy ways to make it:
For a dip: Mix with 1 1/2 cups sour cream and 1/2 cup mayonnaise. Stir well and chill 2 hours before serving. Serve with tortilla chips, pretzels, or vegetables.
For a cheeseball or appetizer spread: Mix with 1/4 cup sour cream and 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese until well blended. Chill 2 hours. Roll in shredded cheese for a cheeseball.
For a Hot Appetizer: Stuff banana peppers or jalapeño peppers with the cheeseball mixture and bake in the oven at 350°F for 10-15 minutes. Will be hot! Serve warm.
