Two easy ways to make it:
For a cold dip: Mix with 2 cups sour cream. Stir well and chill 2 hours before serving. Serve with crackers or pita chips.
For a warm dip: Combine the bag contents with 1/2 cup sour cream, then add 1 block (8-12 oz) cream cheese and mix well. Chill 2 hours, then warm in the oven at 350°F for approximately 15-20 minutes until desired temperature is reached. Serve with tortilla or pita chips. May be hot!
