Three easy ways to make it:
For a dip: Mix with 2 cups sour cream. Stir well and chill 2 hours before serving.
For a spread (cold or warm): Mix with 1/4 cup milk and 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese. Serve cold, or warm in the oven for a hot, melty appetizer.
For a rub or stir-in: Sprinkle the dry mix as a seasoning rub on fish, chicken, or steak before grilling. Or stir prepared dip into hot cooked pasta for an easy pasta salad, or fold into mashed potatoes for an Italian-style side.
Serve with pretzels, tortilla or pita chips, crackers, vegetables, or bagel chips. Excellent as a spread for sandwiches or wraps.
