Sweet, juicy pineapple in a creamy dessert dip — tropical, fresh, and impossible to put down. Perfect for pool parties, summer cookouts, Hawaiian-themed birthdays, fruit trays, baby showers, and for a refreshing snack.
How to make it:
Add 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese and 8 oz whipped topping to a bowl. Blend together with a mixer. Add the bag contents and blend well. Refrigerate 2-3 hours.
Enjoy with graham crackers, animal crackers, vanilla wafers, or fresh fruit. Also makes a great bagel spread.
Make a Pineapple Fruit Fluff:
Prepare the dip as above. Using half of the prepared dip, combine with a drained can of mandarin oranges and a drained can of pineapple tidbits. Add fresh fruit (strawberries work beautifully), then stir in mini marshmallows. A potluck classic that disappears fast.
