A little smoky, a little heat — perfection. Smoked cheddar, chipotle, and a blend of cheeses come together for a bold, smoky-rich dip that doubles as a knockout crockpot fajita seasoning. Two recipes in one packet. Perfect for game day, Taco Tuesday, backyard cookouts, weekend smoker sessions, casual gatherings, and dinner-in-a-flash weeknights.
Two ways to use it:
For a creamy dip: Mix the bag contents with 1/2 cup sour cream and 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise. Stir until well blended, cover, and chill 2 hours before serving. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh-cut veggies.
For Crockpot Fajita Meat: Mix the bag contents with 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese. Add 2-3 lbs of flank or skirt steak to the crockpot, then spoon the cream cheese mixture over top of the meat. Do not add water. Cook on low for 6-8 hours until done. Shred the meat and stir to coat. Serve with warm tortillas, peppers, onions, and your favorite fajita toppings.
No Added MSG.
