Refund policy

Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

Because these are food items, we cannot accept returns or give refunds. Please order carefully, and contact us right away if there is a problem with your order. Cancellations are handled case by case. Gift cards cannot be returned, refunded, or issued as cash.

Damaged or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or wrong, email us right away at snsdipmixes@gmail.com so we can look into it and make it right.
