In a bowl combine mix package with 3/4 Cup Real Mayonnaise, 1 Cup diced/shredded chicken or 1 large can of canned chicken. Mix well, let sit in refrigerator for 4 hours or overnight if possible, to allow full fusion of cranberries and flavor.
*Left over Thanksgiving Turkey? No problem substitute turkey in place of chicken for wonderful turkey and cranberry sandwiches.
