Our Cranberry Apple Chicken Salad Mix turns rotisserie chicken, canned chicken or leftover turkey into an easy cranberry chicken salad, with dried cranberries, apple powder and a blend of herbs and spices. It is perfect for quick lunches, chicken salad sandwiches, party platters, baby and bridal showers and holiday gatherings. Just add mayonnaise and chicken.
How to make it:
Mix the bag contents with 3/4 cup real mayonnaise and stir well. Add 1 pound of cooked, shredded chicken or 1 large can of chicken. Chill for at least 4 hours for the best flavor.
Rotisserie chicken or leftover turkey: A store-bought rotisserie chicken makes it even easier. After Thanksgiving, use 1 pound of shredded leftover turkey for a cranberry turkey salad.
Ways to serve it: Chicken salad sandwiches, croissants, sliders on Hawaiian rolls, wraps, pinwheels, lettuce wraps or with crackers.
Add-ins: For extra crunch, stir in diced apple, chopped pecans or walnuts, diced celery or red grapes.
