Two ways to use it:
For a creamy dip: Mix the bag contents with 3/4 cup sour cream (or plain yogurt) and 3/4 cup mayonnaise. Stir to blend well, cover, and chill 4 hours. Serve with tortilla chips, pretzels, fresh-cut veggies, or crackers.
For Chicken Tacos or Fajitas (the customer favorite): Combine the bag contents with 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese and mix well. Place 4-6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the bottom of a crockpot. Spoon the cream cheese mixture on top of the chicken. Do not add any water or liquid — it will make its own juice. Cook on low 6-8 hours, or bake at 325°F for 2-3 hours, until the chicken is cooked thoroughly. Remove and shred the meat with two forks. Makes excellent chicken tacos or fajitas — load up with tortillas, shredded cheese, salsa, and your favorite toppings.
Camping tip: Prep the crockpot in the morning, then come back to dinner ready to go.
